Cindi Benson

Most people say they wouldn't go back, go thru Jr. High, High School, again but I definately would! I would love to have my parents back and have the chance to give my love to someone more deserving. But, I have been blessed with many wonderful experiences since high school. Worked hard, raised three great kids, 2 of which are getting married this summer and I will be an instant G-ma. One beautiful daughter left at home and she will be a senior next year. I was married 25 years (minus the celebration) and worked 15 years as an x-ray tech, 7 years at at finance company and just started over as an ERI at wilson,lone pine's rival, elementary school. I am in a kindergarten class and those kids are my replacement for the classmates of my youth. They keep me laughing, dressing in style, and they love me as I love them. I hope I can continue working there but may be forced to find something more financially profitable... with health insurance. Jesus is still my best friend as He was in high school and he has had his work cut out for him just keeping me alive and out of bed these past two years. I know he is faithful and He is slowly restoring my faith in humanity to a livable level! I never thot I would be starting over at this point in my life but am happy to discontinue any association with the man my husband has become in the last 7 years. Please don't ask me to talk about him on this site or at the reunion. Going back to Benson as soon as the papers are signed and God has graciously blocked many of my memories so I am truly starting over. I am hopeful for the future and if nothing else am happy to be one day closer to heaven! Proud to have been a Tornado, now no longer a reluctant Panther! All my kids will have graduated from there and my daughter a cheerleader, so ooooh, aaaah, you wish you were a Panther, and I am.
